  • How do I register?

    You may register by calling 613-720-5021 which is a 24-hour voicemail recording or you may register online at www.carletonparking.com.

  • Do I need an account to register online?

    No, an online account is not required to register online.

  • When does my 3 days in a 7 day period start?

    The 7 day period starts at your first date of registration. For example, if you register on Monday your 7 day period is valid until the following Monday.

  • Can I visit for more than 3 days in a 7 day period?

    You will need to obtain an approval from the property manager if you wish to park more than 3 days in a 7 day period.

  • The property I am parking at says registrations are at "all times", what does that mean?

    The condo has requested that each and every guest parking in visitors must be registered at all times, even if you will only be there for a short period of time.

  • Can I park in visitors parking if I am a resident?

    No, we will not accept registrations from resident to use visitors parking. If you wish to use visitors parking you must obtain an approval from the property manager prior to parking.

  • What do I do if someone is parked in my personal spot?

    Please contact the City of Ottawa Bylaw at #311, they will respond and tow the vehicle, the spot owner will need to show proof the spot belongs to them.

  • I called to register my car and I registered online.

    Please only register with 1 method, when completing both registration by phone and online you will over registering yourself.

  • Why did I get a notice my parking has been revoked?

    There are various reason as to why a license plate has been revoked:

    • you are a resident using visitors parking
    • you have stayed more than 3 days in a 7 day period
    • you are swapping your personal car and a guest car in visitors parking
    • additional circumstances may apply
